Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable:
Products that have been customised or personalised;
Products that are special orders; and

Conditions: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is not available, we may offer an alternative product or issue a refund in accordance with our Refunds Policy (Section 1).
